WebNov 30, 2008 · They sais error p0138 ad they added burned wiring and replacing sensors. Had it booked in today at a chrysler dealer near me, which checked the wiring and said no burning, everything intact. Had it resetted, and they said it was fine. On my way home check light came on again! Checked using the key, and its p0138 again. WebP0138 is a high voltage output on bank 1 sensor 2 (bank 1 is the same side as #1 clyinder, sensor 2 is after convertor) I would check for a rich fuel/air mixture causing the cat to overload.
