WebVortex is fine for handling most mods, but for some like unnecessary violence 3 and darnified ui, obmm is the way to go. Using two mod managers is fine. They both install to the same place. Obmm just handled mods that were designed for it specifically better. I'd say I'd use like 90% vortex and then Obmm only when needed.
