I'm using liquid metal on my card and temps never reach above 65 degrees under full load. Instead the card is always running into it's power limit. I flashed the Aorus bios and set the power limit to 23%. Overclocking boost clocks didn't improve.

You'll also find that the average clockspeed tends to drop off over a few minutes due to GPU Boost 3.0 dragging you down based on temperatures. Your best bet is to undervolt using the Frequency Curve.
